Your orders will be sorted and loaded into the correct container and if your order is less than a full load, the remaining space will be shared with another purchaser. All shipments are trackable. You'll be able to see when your shipment has closed on the manufacturer's dock and when it leaves the terminal or port. You'll also be able to track it overland right up to your door or your customer's door. |

If you choose to drop-ship, your customer will also be able to track their shipment. If there are any problems with the product, your customer can facilitate the return themselves online. Our system will automatically contact the responsible parties and facilitate the return and replacement. Doing business is just a whole lot easier with SeaportX. |

- Online Store and Catalog
SeaportX provides a simple yet, powerful way to create an online store. It's as simple as getting your own webs address (URL) and customizing the site templates to fit your business. You can create and manage your online catalog from the scores of manufacturers that we have already negotiated contracts with and enjoy our exceptional pricing. The system gives you complete control of your products from the product catalog and pricing of each item. You also have control of the profit margin on each product. This can be done as a general or overall setting or by individual product.
- Marketing Tools
We provide you with more than a website and online catalog. Online marketing has been built-in to the online store allowing you to add customized meta tags, and copy that will enable you to obtain top rankings with the major search engines such as Google. We also provide you with email and database marketing tools to keep in touch with your customers. Marketing Tools also include detailed historical sales reports and forecasting. Determine what products are selling best by time of year, region, and any number of criteria.
- Shopping Cart
SeaportX offers feature-rich shopping carts with automatic cart saver (online accounts) and visual representation of items in the cart at the time of checkout. You can also set up carts or accounts for your interior design clients complete with password protection and collage tools. Set up as many accounts as you like and when it comes time to bill the client, all you need to do is check out the cart.
- Collage Builder
SeaportX exclusively offers an effective and simple design tool that will make it easy to create collages for your interior design clients. The Collage Builder allows for a customer or designer to specify the flooring and paint colors in Pantone color and place the furniture and fabric swatches on the collage. Clients login to their account and view and/or print the collage. The collage is also ordered into a shopping cart, waiting customer approval and subsequent purchase.
- Exception Management
Damages and shortages are automatically tracked through the system when a customer completes a return request. Return requests are automatically forward to the responsible party and the system facilitates all necessary transfer of information between your customer, the shipper(s), the manufacture, and you.

- Container Sharing
SeaportX uses a complex process to manage containers, rail cars, and trailers allowing you to order from any manufacture in any quantity. If ordering less than a full container, you will share the container with another retailer and share in the costs. All shipments are trackable through the Shipping Manager and will allow you to see when your container is closed, when it ships, and when it arrives in your country. Our LTL tracking partnerships with the major carriers in the world will also allow you to track your order right to your door. The Container Sharing program automatically appropriates shipments by location providing greatest efficiency and the lowest shipping costs. Drop shipping has never been easier since shipments can be sent to any address in the world without the product ever touching your hands.
- Inventory Management
With SeaportX you can manage your inventory no matter where it is in the world, in real-time. The system in bar code enabled allowing you to scan your inventory into your SeaportX system. When an item is purchased, it is automatically removed from your inventory and marked as sold. The system can accommodate whatever accounting system of inventory you use such as FIFO or FILO. The system can even differentiate where an inventory item is location (bin/bay locator).
- Customer Management
Keep track of your customers and know which ones are your best, so you can reward them. All customer records are kept in real-time and the system will continually add new information to each customer record as it happens. Use your customer information for marketing and business strategies.
- Exception Management

When credit is maximized, purchasing will be disabled for the customer. Standard accounting reports are built-in as well as the ability to create customized reports. All reports are exportable in CVS for downloading into your account software.
