Real-time Account Management When you work with SeaportX, you conduct all your business in real-time. All transactions are processed online which means you can submit orders and manage your business anytime, any where.
Catalog Manager The Catalog Manager is a powerful tool for reps in assisting their clients create and manage their online product offerings. Reps are able to login into any of their clients catalogs to add, remove products or just ensure that all product information accurate and complete.
Reports On-demand SeaportX reports offer nearly unlimited reporting possibilities for representatives and agents. A suite of standard reports are available such as sales history and damage reports. The system will also allow you to create your own reports and save them for future or repeated use. Use the custom reports to forecast sales trends in all your territories and recommend products to your clients. All reports are exportable in a standard CSV format for easy upload into any accounting software or spreadsheet.
Sales Commission Commissions from SeaportX are paid upon shipment of the goods to the customer. These are all batched bi-weekly and paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. Commissions are percentage-based and vary by product category. Commission structures are flexible and negotiable. SeaportX does not assign territories, which means you can have clients in any city, anywhere in the world.
